We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions, including implementation, customization, and support. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and ensure successful deployment and utilization of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud environment to meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies and plans.
Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for Oracle HCM implementation and optimization.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and end-users.
Customization and Integration:
- Configure / Customize Oracle HCM solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM modules.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations is a plus
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Good Command of English is a must
