Overview:
The Business Development Manager for HCM products is responsible for driving the growth and market penetration of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities for the organization’s HCM products.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and plans to promote HCM products to target markets.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
- Present HCM product features, benefits, and ROI to clients through tailored demonstrations and workshops.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop a robust sales pipeline for HCM solutions and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed about HCM trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HCM solutions and their value propositions.
Collaboration:
